Prospective authors with accepted abstract are invited to submit their full paper through online submission system by September 15, 2019. Accepted abstracts are arranged for oral or poster presentation. Length of the full paper is limited within 4 pages (max). The IEEE E-Copyright (eCF) is applicable for IEEE ECICE 2019. Once the full papers are reviewed and accepted by IEEE, you will be emailed and requested to finish the eCF transfer online on IEEE.
